The quality of the joinery and fittings is excellent, enhancing my property considerably, and the service I received was very good indeed. Issues were quickly and fairly dealt with, and the cost was competitive. Thankyou! Two years in from fitting, some issues have arisen with my windows and French doors that require attention. Joel came out today, accurately and comprehensively assessed the problems, and a remedial team are due to come out for a day and remedy them before winter. We ordered 15 painted wood casement windows in a variety of sizes, some opening, some not, some with Georgian bars, some not. We also had two different paint colours (front of house and back of house), and were colour-matching to F&B paint colours we're using elsewhere. Allwood dealt with all our requests with ease. It's fantastic to deal with a company where you're not passed from pillar to post - there's a real personal touch all the way through from survey to fitting, exactly what you'd expect from a family owned business. The windows themselves are great quality, and the price was very competitive.
